Healthcare Regional Sales Manager, Fire Systems
As the Healthcare Fire Systems RSM, the position is responsible for developing and managing the Healthcare vertical market Siemens hospital-specific geographic territory. The goal is to develop relationships within each hospital and to truly understand their challenges when it comes to life safety, security and communications systems. The keys to success for this position are:
Identifying the key people and positions within the healthcare organization and understanding their strategic plans as it relates to life safety, security and communications, specifically fire alarm and how we can align with their strategic goals.
Organizing and presenting site walkthroughs with our engineering team and the owner to assist in the design of systems that will eliminate challenges.
Performing a needs assessment to better understand the customer and how they will utilize the technology in their environment.
Conveying our solution in written and presentation form. This includes having advanced skills in giving presentations in large groups and accurately and consistently expressing our products, solutions, competitive advantage, and project plans.
Working architectural and engineering firms and assisting with spec writing for upcoming projects.

Service Contract Sales Rep (SCSR)
Available for the Fort Wayne and Kokomo, Indiana territories.
Responsible for the sales of testing, inspection, preventative maintenance, and monitoring agreements for electronic life safety, security, and communications equipment, including but not limited to, electronic devices such as Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, Card Access, CCTV, Intercom, Audio Visual Control, Professional Sound, Paging and Broadband systems. The SCSR is responsible for selling the Service/Reoccurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) agreements in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner. All SCSRs must meet the minimum margins as set forth by Communication Company, while assuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing marketing strategies.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings.
Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives.
Develop a sales plan for assigned territory to include segmenting territory based on customer type, qualify and prioritize opportunities, and maintain appropriate territory records.
Conduct regular customer follow-up meetings to ensure high level of existing RMR contract retention.
Assume account management responsibility including the provision and/or coordination of services to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Conduct seminars, demonstrations, etc. in order to generate, develop and qualify leads for prospective customers.
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sale.
Complete and submit Weekly/Monthly sales reports.
Report all tasks related to customer contacts (cold calls, calls, customer visits, appointments, and proposals) in the company CRM, currently SalesForce.
Organize and effectively utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to assure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.
Full compliance with company's and customer's safety program.
Understanding BICSI, NICET codes and standards.
Other duties as required or assigned by company management.

Commercial Industrial Regional Sales Manager
As the Commercial Industrial Regional Sales Manager, the position is responsible for developing and managing the Commercial Industrial vertical marketSiemens specific and other product lines northern Indiana and southern Michigan territory. The Commercial Industrial vertical is made up of commercial and industrial accounts: manufacturing, office buildings, warehouse, retail, hospitality, churches, and government.
