My name is Charles Sawyer, and I am the Contractor Sales Representative here at Communication Company. I started in the fire alarm life safety industry back in 1985 as a fire alarm system inspection technician. From that point, I have held positions as a service technician, service manager, project manager, branch manager and a sales representative. Every position helped provide me with knowledge of many aspects of the fire alarm and security industry. I hold a NICET Level IV certification in fire alarm systems and have experience in not only fire alarm systems, but also access control, security, surveillance, fire suppression and clean agent fire suppression systems. My focus as a Contract Sales Representative is to provide professional assistance to the electrical and general contractors in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan by ensuring support for all communications, nurse call, intercom, security, fire alarm, emergency radio communications, video surveillance and sound and audio-visual systems.
