Having served in the life safety industry for over 25 years, I have spent the last six as the Service Manager for Communication Company. I graduated from Indiana University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business and have held management positions with the Department of Homeland Security, SimplexGrinnell, and Johnson Controls, as well as smaller local and regional organizations. I have strong business process management experience with a proven track record for exceptional customer service and am a two time Pinnacle Award winner for top performance in service growth in North America. As the Service Manager at Communication Company, my primary focus has been on growing the service business through exceptional customer service, expansion of our existing client services, as well as creating new relationships with commercial clients.
