4-Step Response Process

Under our standard alarm monitoring and response services, we will:

  1. Verify the alarm

  2. Notify authorities, plus one party from your authorized team list

  3. Program automated test signals to be sent by your digital dialer

  4. Provide two-way voice communication between us and your premises, in immediate response to an alarm signal

Customizable Response Plans

We can also develop a customized response based on your needs, to provide further action, including:

  • Internet and/or video monitoring

  • Supervised monitoring of scheduled openings and closings

  • Unsupervised “log only” monitoring of openings and closings
